English Week

Last week was English Week at Shuho!
We asked the students to speak English with their friends and teachers as much as possible.
I have been in Japan for about six years and this was my first experience with English Week.
It was a great opportunity for the students to express themselves freely. It also encouraged them to use English in different ways.
Hopefully it will motivate them to study English in the future.
Last week was a challenge for the students because many of them have only been studying English for a short time.
However, I think it helped them gain confidence when speaking English.
I hope the students had fun trying to communicate in a different language and used the opportunity to challenge themselves.
